The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing ITSM processes, enhancing IT operations, and implementing best practices to ensure structured and efficient service management.

To achieve this, they will govern ITSM processes across support, operations, and IT, act as Product Owner for the ITSM platform, Freshservice, and define and implement ITSM best practices using the ITIL framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL and experience with ITSM tools, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

They will also be able to develop metrics, measurement points, and process roadmaps for continuous improvement, establish and manage SLA and OLA agreements with stakeholders, and train employees and management on ITSM principles.

Key Responsibilities:
