
Home-Based Virtual Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer support and experience to valued clients from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, handling calls and email inquiries, and performing administrative tasks such as accounts receivable and payable.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Communication Management: Manage client interactions, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records of all communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including accounts receivable and payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
- Marketing and Social Media: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media presence.
- Procedure Adherence: Ensure adherence to company procedures and guidelines, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
- Representation: Represent company values and mission to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting: Provide data and insights to leadership as required.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
