Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
  • Develop performance reports to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures.
  • Communicate project updates across organizational levels, fostering a culture of transparency.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder presentations, complete with supporting documentation and tools.
  • Provide Lean Six Sigma expertise, recommending process standards and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Support departmental improvements in tools, templates, and processes, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement.
  • Experience working in remote teams with a flexible and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable with shifting responsibilities and adaptable work arrangements.
  • Strong background in IT process improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools.
