Job Description

At JOLISA AGRIBUSINESS CORPORATION, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounting and clerical functions.
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Compile and sort invoices, match payments to invoices, and open mail for prompt payment processing.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry: Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records into our system.
  • Account Matching and Verification: Match invoices to work orders and verify accuracy of financial records.
  • Delinquent Account Management: Contact individuals with delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy in all financial transactions and record keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external parties as needed.
