We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Fine Dining Host to join our team at LIWANAG CAFE. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting guests promptly and seating them in a timely manner.
• Taking Orders: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our ordering system to ensure seamless communication with the kitchen staff.
• Menu Recommendations: Provide personalized menu recommendations to guests, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Food Allergy and Special Requests: Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to our kitchen staff to ensure that we can provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all orders are filled quickly and accurately, and that food is presented in a visually appealing way.
• Attentive Service: Provide attentive service to guests throughout their meal, refilling drinks as needed and checking in regularly to ensure that everything meets their expectations.
• Customer Service Issues: Promptly address any customer service issues that may arise, and refer them to management if necessary.
• Cleaning Duties: Perform various cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, including the service station, around the kitchen, and in the dining area.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
