Marketing Strategy Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. This position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a thorough marketing plan to drive sales of off-plan villas in international markets.
  2. Generate leads through targeted online marketing campaigns directed at Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other countries.
  3. Maintain a robust social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  4. Create a monthly content calendar and optimize raw video and photo content for Reels, stories, and posts.
  5. Establish and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to target potential investors and villa buyers.
  6. Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  7. Develop a structured lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  8. Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
