Lead Generation and Data Management Specialist

We are revolutionizing the luxury property rental market by creating a new standard of trust and ease for guests and homeowners alike.

This role is responsible for supporting our outbound sales efforts by identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Research and Scraping
    • Build, manage, and refine scraping workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and more.
    • Maintain and evolve a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.
  • Cross-functional Support
    • Partner with the business development team to refine targeting strategy based on real-time feedback and closed-won deals.
    • Proactively spot trends and opportunities in the data to help us adjust our market strategy and buy box.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation role—ideally in a startup or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Experience setting up and managing and optimizing a first-class CRM, ideally Hubspot.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data cleanliness.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and iteration.
