Job Opportunity

Seek a Tax Manager with extensive experience in tax preparation and compliance, possessing a strong background in U.S. accounting and a proven track record in leadership, client relationship management, and analytical skills.


The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in U.S. accounting, proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software, and solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting standards.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients, utilizing Intuit ProConnect Tax Software.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax preparation professionals, overseeing the review of tax returns prepared by tax preparers.
  • Maintain effective communication with a diverse client base, managing a larger and more complex portfolio of client accounts.

Requirements
  • CPA license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset and excellent communication abilities.
