We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to lead our tax team, ensuring high-quality service delivery while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns using Ultra Tax, as well as review tax returns prepared by staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for clients.">
  • Review tax returns prepared by staff to ensure accuracy and quality.">
  • Provide tax planning insights and recommendations to clients.">
  • Manage engagement scope, deadlines, and budgets effectively.">

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.">
  • A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in tax, including review responsibilities.">
  • Proficiency in Ultra Tax and related tax preparation software.">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • High attention to detail with ability to see the big picture.">
  • Ability to recognize when an issue needs to be escalated to the next level of management.">
