**Job Summary**


As a key member of TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Administration Manager to lead our facilities and administration functions in the Philippines.


**Responsibilities:**



  • Oversee the entire facilities and administration department in the Philippines
  • Maintain the upkeep, health, and safety of facilities, as well as the security of staff and premises
  • Manage cafeteria and shuttle services, as well as critical equipment and infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and handle audits
  • Develop and manage budgets, as well as vendors and stakeholders
  • Coordinate guest management and travel arrangements
  • Work closely with landlords' staff and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the BPO/Shared Services industry
  • Hold certifications in PCO, BOSH, and Managing Head
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately

**Work Schedule and Set-up:**


Midshift schedule, with weekends off; hybrid work set-up with 3 days onsite at our McKinley West, Taguig location
