Job Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Business Partner who will play a critical role in our newly created regionalised structure.

This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client presentations, data analysis, and mentoring junior analysts. They will also have strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimental design (A/B testing)
