Executive Virtual Assistant

A remote contract role for an Executive Virtual Assistant specializing in Appfolio Software for a Property Management Company CEO.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to leverage your technical skills and business acumen to drive success. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to the CEO on Appfolio Software related matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Appfolio Software, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working independently in a remote setting.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should also possess strong business skills, including sales knowledge, marketing acumen, and financial management skills.

  • Provide technical support and assistance related to Appfolio Software.
  • Manage databases and assist with programming and software development tasks within Appfolio.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to optimize software usage for property management operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Support Experience: You must have extensive experience in providing technical support and assistance to clients or internal teams.
  • Sales Knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in Property Management Industry: While not required, experience in the property management industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree: You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
