About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and working closely with the dining team, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Supervises and closely works with the dining team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs, and equipment or aspect of the dining area in need of repair to management.
  • Assists with managing stocks and inventory to optimize sales and reduce waste.
  • Trains new staff members on standard service procedures and ensures they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintains high standards of safety and health regulations throughout the dining area.
  • Addressesthe needs, feedback, and complaints of guests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures that all company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Checiks and updates kitchen elements regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in Front-of-the-house roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Above-average communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Knowledgeable in GWS and MS applications.
  • Trainable and willing to extend hours if necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
