The Role

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Full Time - Remote)

This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you will be working with real families who face real human problems. Your role is to empower underserved families to take the transformative step of accessing care.

  • Collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families.">
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.">
  • Handle a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.">
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.">
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.">
  • Maintain organized records and track expiring documents, sending timely reminders.">
  • Collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to deliver a smooth experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Extensive experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare support roles is essential.

Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing documents are critical.

Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.

Comfortable using CRM systems, shared drives, or document tracking tools.

Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines.

Compassionate and patient approach when working with families and caregivers.

Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) is a strong plus.
