This role is responsible for ensuring the proper orientation and performance evaluation of all newly hired employees based on company policies and guidelines.
It involves reviewing and/or conducting training needs analysis and reviews, co-facilitating in-house training modules/programs, recommending training programs based on training needs analysis, and supervising the preparation of the training calendar for supervisors, staff, production workers, and Sales personnel.
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course, and 2-3 years of related work experience.
Additional skills and qualifications include leadership and people management trainings, good documentation practices, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
