Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Director to lead our client's team.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies, driving incremental revenue from existing customers.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Position the company to capture additional revenue streams from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and enabling them to promote the company's value proposition.
- HR Tech Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technology trends, leveraging this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry by actively networking and promoting its value proposition at conferences and events.
- Strategic Advisory Services: Provide trusted advisory services to customer CXOs, developing comprehensive Human Capital roadmaps for their organizations.
About the Role:
- Minimum 8 Years of Experience: Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- People Advisory or Consulting Background: Ideal candidates will have worked in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles.
- Flexibility and Travel: Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and regular travel.
- Customer Insight: Proven ability to understand customer pain points and develop effective solutions.
- Executive Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and line-of-business representatives.
