Join Our Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with the company's procurement policy.

  • Manage the accounts payable team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to create and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns and implement process improvements.
  • Develop policies and procedures related to AP and collaborate with Manager, Expense Management.
  • Ensure timely processing of payables and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting in a leadership role.
  • Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven process improvement mindset required.
