Senior Financial Planning Assistant Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Financial Planning Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial planning services to our clients.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Monitor client investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with recommended asset allocation strategies.
  • Prepare recommendations for advisors on changes needed to client portfolios and maintain records of advice.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual client performance reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with product providers and investment platforms to source innovative solutions for clients.
  • Update and maintain client Work in Progress logs and CRM tools, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in any related field in commerce or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Australian financial planning.
  • Proven expertise in portfolio management and investments.
  • Experience with SMSF is highly desirable.
