**Job Title:** Principal (Laguna) Primary and Secondary School

Overview

This position is responsible for leading and managing the overall academic, operational, and strategic functions of a Primary and Secondary Education organization.

  • Collaborate with overseas senior management on strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and success.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase brand recognition and awareness.
  • Maintain close working relationships with school principals and leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Create and implement business plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop contingency plans for emergencies and crises, ensuring the continuity of operations.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for preventing and managing crises, protecting the organization's reputation and assets.
  • Manage budgets and monitor progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
  • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage purchasing, and develop long-term supplier relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and adhere to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, and purchasing.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with government and community agencies, fostering partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Prior experience in the education sector, specifically in elementary and high school settings.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a school leadership role, such as Principal, with classroom teaching experience as a foundation.
  • Proven ability to manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student population growth, enrollment/registration targets, and academic performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
