Role Summary

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct welcome calls with new clients to establish rapport and address questions
  • Handle objections confidently while reinforcing the product's value proposition
  • Determine which plan best suits the client's needs in terms of value and cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluate leads and assess their readiness to proceed with the purchase
  • If not ready to pay, enroll clients in follow-up communication workflows and manage future interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status within CRM tools
  • Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to enhance product and messaging
