Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short, mid, and long-term sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth, setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing e-commerce operations to drive online sales.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Set and monitor KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

E-commerce Leadership

Oversee e-commerce operations, with a particular focus on Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online sales. Implement best practices in e-commerce, optimizing the online store for conversion, user experience, and customer satisfaction.

Global Marketplace Management

Manage and expand the company's presence on Amazon and other global e-commerce platforms. Stay updated on Amazon's policies, tools, and marketplace dynamics across different countries to optimize product listings and increase sales.

Trade Marketing

Lead trade marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Coordinate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that support product launches and promotional activities.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Drive online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's e-commerce platforms. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Sales Management

Lead the sales team in both hardware and software divisions, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Foster relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and expand market share. Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor financial performance against budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

• 10 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, with extensive experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify.

• Proven track record in managing sales and marketing efforts across multiple countries, with a deep understanding of Amazon marketplaces globally.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Shopify analytics.

• Background in both hardware and software sales is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading trade marketing efforts and managing product launches.
