Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Operations Director to join our team at Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dermatology clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of service, monitor clinic schedules to ensure optimal patient flow and minimal wait times.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous professional growth, resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a collaborative team culture.
  • Clinic Performance: Oversee budget planning, expense tracking, and revenue optimization, ensure proper billing and insurance claim processes to maximize revenue and minimize financial discrepancies.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies, dermatological products, and equipment, negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchases without compromising quality.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure excellent patient service by training staff in proper communication and customer care, address patient concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance the clinic's reputation, develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and clinic revenue, collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Establish partnerships with dermatologists, medical professionals, and vendors to expand services, stay updated on industry trends, dermatological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of dermatology treatments, procedures, and regulatory compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
