Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of service.3. Monitor clinic schedules, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal wait times.4. Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation standards.5. Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve clinic performance.6. Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.7. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous professional growth.8. Resolve any workplace conflicts and ensure a collaborative team culture.9. Oversee budget planning, expense tracking, and revenue optimization.10. Ensure proper billing and insurance claim processes to maximize revenue and minimize financial discrepancies.11. Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies, dermatological products, and equipment.12. Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchases without compromising quality.13. Ensure excellent patient service by training staff in proper communication and customer care.14. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.15. Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance the clinic's reputation.16. Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and clinic revenue.17. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach.18. Establish partnerships with dermatologists, medical professionals, and vendors to expand services.19. Stay updated on industry trends, dermatological advancements, and regulatory changes.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.2. At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics.3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.4. Knowledge of dermatology treatments, procedures, and regulatory compliance.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
