Job Title: Executive Recruiter

The role of an Executive Recruiter encompasses a multifaceted scope in US recruitment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Internal Recruiting Team of clients to source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.
  • Generating candidate interest through creative strategies, such as email blasts and LinkedIn invitations.
  • Pre-qualifying talent through profiling, gauging interest level, and timing through phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
  • Identifying and implementing new ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates tailored to the US market.
  • Maintaining and updating ATS – Applicant Tracking System databases with new and modified candidate records.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties to support US recruitment operations.

Candidate Management:

  • Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications with a focus on US market requirements.
  • Collecting and maintaining contact information and lists of US-based talent from online databases/job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Efficiently managing a strong candidate flow for the team, emphasizing the importance of US talent acquisition.
  • Conducting phone interviews to independently evaluate candidates for open positions and internal interviews.
  • Assisting with client/candidate coordination on behalf of team members.
  • Continuously maintaining DYN and other databases with new and modified candidate records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, specifically tailored for client and candidate interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, crucial for effective recruitment operations.
  • Excellent Client management skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel, essential for recruitment administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn, Job boards, and ATS.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts to accommodate client and candidate needs.
