Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Guidance Manager

As a key member of our Technology Risk Management team, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction and maintaining corporate security policies and control standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating IT risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.



Job Description

The role involves acting as a second line of defense through robust risk and control assessments, reporting to leadership and the Board on the status of our IT Risk and Information Security Programs, and serving as an operational arm for monitoring threat intelligence and responding to potential incidents. You will also manage the alignment of our technology risk program to cyber regulations, frameworks, and best practices.

As part of this team, you will assist the Security Program Guidance Director with scoping for the year across all workstreams, including management control testing, past issue monitoring, core process reviews, and security regulatory program management. Additionally, you will supervise a team to ensure adherence to deadlines and serve as a trusted coach/mentor to team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.

Key responsibilities include producing reports and metrics, being familiar with CRI Profile, ISO/IEC 27001/27002:2013, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and other relevant guidelines, frameworks, and regulations. Expert writing skills are essential for thorough documentation of tested controls and communication of information security principles at all levels.

Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal customers is required, as well as knowledge of technology controls (IT and Cyber) and how they are executed in today's IT threat landscape. Strong ethical behavior is expected, along with the ability to mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
