Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and be able to lead and motivate their team to achieve high levels of performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cybersecurity best practices are being followed throughout the organization.
  • Manage and mitigate security incidents as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a cybersecurity leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in threat analysis and incident response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of success in managing and leading high-performing teams.
