Reporting Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Reporting Analyst with expertise in data visualization and analytics to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
