Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail account team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with purchases and returns, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders and escalate any issues that may arise.
- Log call details and update customer information in our system, ensuring that all interactions are accurately recorded.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
