Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Neksjob Philippines. As a key member of our retail account team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases and returns, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Provide customers with updates on their orders and escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Log call details and update customer information in our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior work experience necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
