Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Manager to lead our community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting engagement communication strategies, liaising with cross-functional teams, setting community expectations, and implementing strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of prior experience in Vendor Management/Sourcing/Crowdsourcing/Talent Acquisition/ATSs development for communities
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, high-level interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, proficiency and experience with online platform development stages, collecting requirements, and testing
