Job Title: Digital Community Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Community Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and driving online community growth.

This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality content, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with users on social media, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with online communities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure social media efforts align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing.
  • Skills: Passion for content creation, knowledge of the latest social media trends and technologies, and ability to communicate creative solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
