Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for administering the daily functions of the HR department, including answering employee inquiries and processing onboarding, personnel changes, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage human resource programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes; compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  2. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, processes, and benefits.
  3. Participate in new hire orientation and other employee programs.
  4. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
