We are seeking a Facilities Management Professional to oversee the delivery of services for multi-locations across various regions.

This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in property or facility management, and excellent communication skills.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities of facilities teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-effective management of resources.
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are safe and well-maintained.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular audits and training.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
  • A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering, real estate, or facility management.
  • At least 6 years of management experience in property or facility management.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
