The Training Camp Manager oversees the training facility's daily operations, ensuring a safe, positive and functional environment for staff and participants.

Key duties include planning, scheduling and organizing activities, instilling discipline and proper values and behavior among camp trainees, managing staff and trainees and maintaining facilities and equipment adhering to health and safety regulations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Training Camp which may include daily schedules of trainee activities, manage camp resources, services and facilities
  • Come up with a daily itinerary of responsibilities to be assumed by the trainees.
  • Ensure the activities run smoothly and safely.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring the Training Camp meets regulatory standards and maintains a secure environment.
  • Oversees maintenance and repairs of camp facilities and equipment ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Proficient in structuring activities, planning menus and managing resources efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably with military training background and facilitated training in military camps
  • With strong ability to lead, direct and motivate trainees
  • With unquestionable integrity and character
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can resole issues and concerns that may arise
  • Can lead effectively, command respect and instill discipline
  • Proficient in structuring camp activities and managing resources efficiently
