Warehouse and Distribution Officer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Distribution Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution, with a strong background in e-commerce fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational objectives.
  • Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor warehouse and distribution center performance, ensuring high productivity levels and efficient meeting of key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support the Customer Support team in resolving customer escalations.
  • Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
  • Able to perform shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
  • Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
