Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based psychological tests to measure workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of psychometric assessments by utilizing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry research.
  • Analyze complex data to identify key traits associated with high-performing employees within organizations, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and enhance digital psychometric platforms to support cutting-edge assessment tools and analytics.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and methodologies in psychometrics, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a related field (Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts, statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python), and an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.
  • Experience working with workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee surveys is highly valued.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategy.
