Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to manage electric vehicle charger installation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks on schedule.
  • Act as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including service request forms, utility maps, and permit packages.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in project management software.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
