Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities
  • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency
  • Run A/B testing on messaging, campaigns, and outbound sequences
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey
  • Train and enable sales teams on using tools effectively
  • Serve as the technical and strategic liaison between sales functions
