Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our finance function, driving clarity and discipline while fostering scalable systems that propel growth.
This key position involves taking full ownership of the finance department, streamlining monthly close and cash forecasting processes, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports through the implementation of a standardized monthly close process.
- Maintain and optimize cash flow strategy through weekly-updated forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in forecasting and budgeting, planning and executing the annual budgeting cycle each fall.
- Develop and implement scalable financial systems and operational workflows, documenting core finance processes and streamlining expense approvals and reimbursements.
- Promote profit optimization across departments, analyzing EBITDA and collaborating with leaders to implement impactful initiatives.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reliable.
- Maintain a deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable financial systems.
- Align financial planning and reporting with the organization's strategic objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making and long-term success.
- Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
