Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess Customer Needs: Identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions to achieve their satisfaction.
- Logging Calls: Ensure all calls are logged in our system for proper monitoring and closure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
