Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technical systems and tools, including operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance to employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, operating systems, and other IT-related equipment.
  3. Provide on-site or remote support for employees experiencing technical difficulties.
  4. Install and configure software applications, updates, and patches on user systems.
  5. Assist with network issues, including connectivity problems, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and VPN setup.
  6. Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including updates and repairs for hardware and software.
  7. Maintain records of support requests and solutions, including troubleshooting steps, problems resolved, and feedback from users.
  8. Provide training to users on system usage, best practices, and new technologies.
  9. Work closely with other IT staff to ensure systems are functioning optimally and that internal security protocols are followed.
  10. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical field.
