Job Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently through our support channels, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Utilize knowledge bases to address common customer queries effectively.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to refining customer operations to enhance support offerings and bolster customer retention and revenue.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams, channeling critical feedback and ensuring customer-centric updates and patches are developed.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
  • A commitment to working a standard 40-hour week.
