Procurement Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for establishing close relations with the business and external vendors to run systematic market engagement for search and selection of contingent workforce.

You will support ongoing activities to mature the procurement function, deliver and monitor savings benefits of the process, and deliver relevant advisory services to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and develop insights to inform procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
