Job Title: Senior AI Capacity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Capacity Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our artificial intelligence systems, including the creation, updating, and deletion of model pools, as well as accurate provisioning and decommissioning across Dev, Test, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Maintain Timely Security Patches: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining timely security patches for all model pools to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
  • Ensure Compliance in Regulated Environments: As a Senior AI Capacity Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance in regulated environments, including US Government clouds and Microsoft internal services.
  • Monitor Model Pool Usage Metrics and System Performance: You will continuously monitor model pool usage metrics and system performance, adjusting quotas based on business demand and AI inference load to optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze Logs and Metrics: The ideal candidate will analyze logs and metrics to detect anomalies, performance issues, or compliance gaps, generating actionable insights to inform scaling, patching, and lifecycle decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • C# and .NET: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for automation and service development.
  • Geneva Actions: Hands-on experience with Geneva Actions for resource lifecycle automation.
  • Azure Data Explorer and Kusto Query Language (KQL): Experience with Azure Data Explorer and Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Dashboard for monitoring and analytics.
  • Azure DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of model lifecycle, scaling, and quota management in cloud environments.
