People Operations Coordinator Role

This is a pivotal position within the Human Resources function, dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for HR and People Experience, coupled with outstanding organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation.

The People Operations Coordinator will provide support to various people operations activities, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow their career in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the People team to deliver empathetic and customer-focused experiences for all employees.
  • HR Support: Provide assistance to employees' questions and inquiries, offering high-level customer service while exploring opportunities to innovate and enhance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration Tasks:
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook updated with documented processes and links.
  • Report on people initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a remote environment and have a fixed-term contract.
