Key Responsibilities- Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
- Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
- Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
- Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
