This role is responsible for designing, administering, and evaluating career progression, performance management, promotions management, succession planning, and learning and development systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating HR/OD interventions, managing and partnering with clients, and knowledge of statutory labor requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Develops and implements adaptive performance management systems to capture employee performance and organizational performance
- Facilitates high potential employee development, including talent spotting and mapping interventions to prepare them for critical positions
- Designs and delivers learning and competency frameworks aligned with the university's career management and job classification system
- Coordinates the attendance and payments of OPT&OD team members to capability development programs
- Maintains abreast of employee capability and development assessment, intervention, and evaluation methodologies and frameworks within and among the academic community and other industries
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in management, psychology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in designing, administering, and evaluating career progression, performance management, promotions management, succession planning, and learning and development systems.
