Job Summary:

Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Expert to oversee financial operations, manage financial records, and ensure accurate tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks software.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager with expertise in QuickBooks, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

This role demands attention to detail, accuracy in financial record-keeping, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
