Job Overview

The role of Senior Financial Analyst involves conducting high-level analyses to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Conduct advanced financial analysis on revenue, cost of sales, client margins, SG&A expenses, and system data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, provide actionable insights, and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and research reports on all aspects of finance and operations.

  • Analyze statistical data and apply accounting principles to inform business decisions.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions based on data-driven insights.

Financial Planning and Management

  • Work closely with the VP of Finance to develop project plans, communicate status updates, and ensure timely completion of key objectives.

  • Update projection models to reflect new or revised data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in forecasting.

Technical Skills

  • Develop a deep understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and software, utilizing training programs and on-the-job experience.

  • Design and maintain user reports in BI, providing critical insights to stakeholders across departments.

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external customers, team members, and management.

  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
