Job Description

As a Data and Analytics professional, you will work with our team to deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients worldwide. You will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and customizing HR technology products, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand product vision and roadmap.

Your key responsibilities will include resolving tickets, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing input to Product Owners for feedback from business.

As a Specialist in this role, you will have the opportunity to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients, leveraging our strategic partner ecosystem and robust technology platforms across the IBM SuccessFactors.

Key activities include:

  • Resolving complex HR issues and improving process efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications
